Quinta de Aves wine range
Presentation of Quinta de Aves proyect and, in exclusivity, the launching of aged wines: Quinta de Aves Phoenix 2016 and Quinta de Aves Coupage 2017. Taking place in the magnificent facilities of Casino de Madrid, we had the presence of the main national wine advocated and media. During the event, we could also enjoy our young wine range with appetizers and sensational food, served by the great professional team of the Casino.
The family owner of Bodegas Quinta de Aves, together with the management team leaded by Juan Manuel de la Mata (Managing Director) and Julio López (Board Member) made a great presentarion of the proyect taking place during the last yeard, make reference to the past, present and future of our company, as well as the vlues and principels that define us.
Then, Pablo Ossorio (WInemaker and Technical Manager) presentedn in première aged winesa: Quinta de Aves Phoenix and Quinta de Aves Coupage, with 15 y 9 months of rest in barrels, which will be lounched soon.
During the appetizer, Alberto Calleja (Winemaker), presented Quinta de Aves Tempranillo and Quinta de Aves Sauvignon Blanc & small grain Muscat, which had a great acceptance from our guests.
During lunch, Pablo and Alberto presented the rest of our wines that belong to whole range of Quinta de Aves, pairing in harmony with seafood bisquet foam (Quinta de Aves Chardonnay), golden in romescu sauce (Quinta de Aves Cabernet Franc & Graciano Rosé) and beef sirloin with truffle butter (Quinta de Aves Syrah). Without a doubt, a special meeting that we enjoyed and in which we learned a lot.
