From the winery, you can observe the vineyard, the ponds and a landscape of oak and holm oak trees. Its location enables the transport of the vines to the winery in a short space of time, ensuring a total control and the maximum quality of our raw material.
Half of the winery is buried. Thanks to this, the excellence in the processes and the use of state-of-the-art technology, we are able to maintain our grapes in perfect conditions throughout the entire elaboration process.
Among our elaboration techniques, we may highlight the use of gravity, as well as the selection of the best raw material in our selection table so that the best grapes give shape to the best wines.
In Bodegas Quinta de Aves we develop the entire elaboration process from our own vines to the bottle ready for tasting. In order to do this, our winery counts with all the required facilities:
